UPDATE ON RULES

 Dear good people of LHF,

As we get set for the new cycle which begins Friday December 5th 2025, kindly go through the updated rules

 1. We have taken some of the feedbacks from members and proactively engaged our transport partners. We have come up with a pricing for transportation. This pricing is believing that fuel price, exchange rate and other factors do not change significantly during distribution period. Below is the Transportation/Logistics cost

 LAGOS LOCATIONS:

a.       1-3 slots = N5,000

b.       4-5 slots = N15,500

c.       6-10 slots = N25,500

d.       11-20 slots = N45,500

e.       21-40 slots = N80,500

f.        41-1,000 slots = N150,500

 

 UPCOUNTRY LOCATIONS:

a.       1-3 slots = N15,000

b.       4-5 slots = N45,500

c.       6-10 slots = N75,500

d.       11-20 slots = N135,500

e.       21-40 slots = N240,500

f.        41-1,000 slots = N450,500

 

2. Default would no longer be rolled over. Default going forward would only apply to the month you defaulted. Default is for only the month affected and no longer cumulatively. If you default in December, it would not affect any other month. If you default in March, it would only affect March

3.     All existing members should maintain their LHF codes.

4.     All Existing members don’t need to fill any form. Just continue with your contributions based on your previous number of slots or the new number of slots you want to do.

5.     Any existing member that wants to increase or reduce their slot should fill the Existing Members Update Form

6.     A link would be shared on the 5^th of December for new members to fill and register to join the Foundation.

7.     New Members Registration would also commence from Friday 5th of December.

8.     New members would need to make payment 1st and upload the payment receipt during their registration.

9.     New members should pay using only their full names as narration

10.    Payment is what confirms your registration.

11.     When the new member registration is closed, new LHF codes would then be assigned to all registered new members that we have confirmed their payments.

12.    Each slot is N15,000 so your payment amount is number of slots X N15,000.  (5 slots is 5 x 15,000 = 75,000)

13.    Your payments must be equal to the number of slots

14.    Every member pays Monthly Admin charges as per below:

a.    1-5 slot = N500

b.    6-10 slots = N1,000

c.     11-20 slots = N2,000

d.    20 - 40 slots = N2,500

                d.    41 - 1,000 slots = N3,000

15.    Existing members should please check your code and make sure it is correct before you start making payments

16.    Always input your code in your narration/remark when making all payments

17.    Do not abbreviate your code. Always write it in full (if your code is A0010. Do not write A010 or 0010) otherwise your payment could be recorded against someone else

18.    For New and existing members, Deadline for December contribution is 15^th December.

19.    Payment for each month must be made on or before the last day of the month

20.   Any payment made after the deadline for each month would attract a default fee of N1,000 per slot

21.    After making payment, do not post proof of payment on the platform.

22.  Going forward, no more filling form for food items. Once you register, you have automatically selected for food items.

23.  Only those that do not want food items would need to fill the food items form later by the middle of the cycle, The Admins shall announce this update when the time comes for that.

24.  We expect that every member is dealing with Living Hands directly, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY AGENT working for us. If you pay to anybody to assist you, you are doing so at your own risk. Nobody is authorized to create any WhatsApp group on behalf of LHF separate from our official platforms,

25.  We do not have any branch or subsidiary. All communications from Living Hands would be posted on this WhatsApp Group and on our blog. Any information that is not posted here is not from us.

26.  Please do not patronize anybody that claims to be from Living Hands or invites you to any strange meeting that is not announced here on this group.

27.  Beware of hackers and fraudsters. Do not be a victim.

28.  All complaints should be directed privately to the admins and not on the platform.

29.  A Payment Report of all payments would be published 1st week of every new month so that we can all review and confirm our payments. All members are mandated to review the list to confirm that your records are okay.,

30.  If you notice any disparity, please send all feedback/complaints to admins

31.   This foundation is strictly for savings and no other activity is allowed here.

32.  LIVING HANDS IS NOT AN INVESTMENT HOUSE OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION but a non-profit with the mandate to promote discipline towards a healthy savings culture amongst its members

33.  We are guided by rules and being a member means that our rules are favorable to you and you have agreed to obey the rules of the organization

34.  Mutual respect for each other is highly expected. The use of abusive or derogatory words against another member is highly prohibited.
